VOTE VOTE VOTE
Never before has Basic Rights Oregon focused so much of its time, energy, resources and dollars on electing pro-equality candidates to office. Tomorrow we will see the results of our efforts. What can you do to promote a state of equality? VOTE! Never before have we had such an opportunity to turn the tide for equality. We've said it before and we will say it again, "the future of equality is on your ballot".
Did you not receive a ballot, but have previously been registered to vote in the State of Oregon?
Drive on over to your county elections office and request a new ballot. It normally takes about 5-10 minutes for them to hand you a brand new ballot. Fill it out while you are there, and turn it in!
Can you mail your ballot today?
NO. Do not mail your ballot today. You will be running a risk of your vote not being in on time. A common misconception is that if it is postmarked by November 7th, then you are in the clear--THAT IS FALSE. Your ballot MUST be in the hands of your county elections office by tomorrow, Tuesday, November 7th @ 8pm.
Who should you vote for?
We've made it simple. The Basic Rights Equality PAC has made endorsements in every Legislative race around the state:
