The issue of marriage in the courts have not remedied the issue that heterosexuals have privileges over nonheterosexuals. Their needs to be a new direction of public opinion that will address this heterosexual previlege norms. The need to address the nonheterosexual community on the heterosexism is the first start. What is clearly happening is a form of racism against nonheterosexuals. This obvious to most people who have been folowing the legislation against nonheterosexuals. If the heterosexuals realized that they have "special rights" that nonheterosexuals do not have. This will only change thruogh public opinion and gay civil right groups addressing heterosexism and how it differs from homophobia.
